With the loss of 12 senior players due to suspensions, the AFL has already granted Essendon to again use top-up players for the season ahead. 

The AFL has stated that the Bombers must sign players that have recently been on an AFL list or on the club's VFL list. 

We've gone back at looked at the delistings from last season from each club:

Adelaide: Brodie Martin, Anthony Wilson, Jack Osborn

Brisbane Lions: Mitch Golby, Jordon Bourke
